Knowing who your customers are, is essential to any business. If you don’t know who they are, how do you know what they want, or how to target them with your product or service?

This method of advertising is efficient in that you only pay for genuine enquiries and interested people rather than paying for a service which has more of a scatter approach.
Google Ads is a typical PPC method, with companies paying for clicks on certain search words or key phrases. The competition for popular keywords can get fierce and as the popularity of a keyword increases, so does the price.

What Facebook does so well is create online communities which in the past and to a lesser degree now was catered for by website forums. These communities help people with common beliefs, likes or interests to come together and share information and stories.
